Infinity Care and Support Group was created from a deeply personal place.
Our family's experience with disability began when my dad had a stroke and life changed significantly for him and for all of us. We know the challenge of finding the right care, and we know that disability doesn't just affect one person — it impacts the entire family.
Along the way, we also experienced something no family should have to face — fraud committed against my father's plan. It was devastating to know that funding intended to support his quality of life had been misused, and it opened our eyes to just how much trust families place in the people and organisations supporting someone they love.
That experience became part of the reason Infinity was created. We wanted to build the kind of service we had hoped to find for Dad — one where people are known as individuals, families feel heard, and support is delivered with honesty, reliability and respect.
Because ultimately, our standard is simple:
